Some is a faith-inspired organization focusing on our shared humanity and sense of community. Some offers a range of services to help you meet basic needs, receive healthcare and other treatment, train for a living-wage career, obtain safe and affordable housing, and more. Every day, some is working tirelessly to support many of the over 6,000 people in our nation’s capital who are experiencing homelessness.
Some is filling this critical gap by providing housing for those earning 30% or less of the fmi ($38,700 for a family of four as of 2021). Since 1970, some has been a care provider and a beacon of hope to residents in our nation’s capital. Jan 26, 2026due to inclement weather, some’s o street clinic is closed 1/27.
Sep 27, 2025every year, thousands of some supporters join us at one of our signature fundraising events to raise money, awareness, and support for our efforts to break the cycle of homelessness &. Some welcomes both adult and youth volunteers who are willing to commit time in support of our mission.
