I have mms messages that randomly won't send (they just sit there spooling). Go to messages app, tap the 3-dots menu in the top-right corner, and go to settings > advanced > auto-download mms. If the option is on, try turning it off and manually downloading your mms message.
Why does my s22 now needto.use mobile data to send mms messages? Whenever i send a text, and exceed the amount of characters does the text message automatically convert to a mms? Anyone having issues with sending mms or text messages that include a url?
I discovered that when i send a mms message that includes https:// along with an image the messages were not going. Unfortunately, unless samsung or google revises their limitations on video size through mms, you'll likely need to use either link sharing or third-party services for larger videos. There are alternatives to send your mms to recipients, you can send a link to of your photos a videos through google drive which will save on the bandwidth needed to view them in their native.
